Zumba in the Park

Join us for this fun, energising class combining elements of dance and

fitness with world music and rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia

and Reggaeton! Zumba is great for improving cardio, muscle conditioning,

balance and flexibility. It’s exercise in disguise! Suitable for all levels. No

experience needed. Party atmosphere! Wear comfy clothes you can move

easily in and bring some water.
