Wharfedale Chamber Ensemble Summer Concert

This year’s concert by the Wharfedale Chamber Ensemble is conducted by Ben Crick, Artistic Director of Skipton Camerata and Yorkshire Symphony Orchestra. They will be joined by Burley in Wharfedale born, classical guitarist Tom Chapman, currently studying at RNCM. He will perform Vivaldi’s Concerto in D major. In this popular program the orchestra will also be playing Mozart’s Divertimento in D major, Arensky’s Variations on a Theme by Tchaikovsky, Bach’s Brandenberg Concerto No. 6, Britten’s Simple Symphony and the ‘tour de force’ that is Elgar’s Introduction and Allegro.

Cost: £14 or £15 on the door. £5 for under 19s.
